Ms. Nelson has devoted her career in professional recruiting to serving the needs of her clients. Her breadth of knowledge, ethics and pro-active approach to solving their challenges and building long-term mutually beneficial relationships is what has allowed her to have a successful 9 year career (and counting) with The Austin Group/Qualitec.

Ms. Nelson founded and is the managing partner of Austin Group Executive Search, LP. She has established herself in the chemical, petrochemical and refining business sectors as a significant contributor-so much so that she was named “Rookie of the Year” by the Qualitec Family of Companies in 2001, her first year in the recruiting business.

In subsequent years she has been annually recognized for her production by the Houston Area Association of Personnel Consultants (HAAPC), receiving awards for outstanding achievement in 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005,2006, 2007 and 2008. She has also received awards from the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants (TAPC) in 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006 as one of the top 50 recruiters in the state of Texas. Of all the recruiters, in all disciplines, in the city of Houston and the state of Texas Ms. Nelson was ranked 10th in the city of Houston in 2008 and 14th in the state of Texas in 2008.

Ms. Nelson graduated from Mississippi College in Clinton, MS with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Communication. She attended graduate school at University of New Orleans. She is originally from Monroe, LA but has resided in Houston, TX for the last 10 years.

Lindsey joined Austin Group Executive Search, LP in September of 2007. She brings with her 2 years of prior recruiting experience from another organization. This is her first time working with engineers. Her prior recruiting experience involved the offshore and alternative energy arenas.

She and her team work together to find the top professionals in the refinery, chemical and petro-chemical arenas. She believes in partnering with both clients and candidates to develop a deep understanding of the needs and wants of both parties.  For 2008 Lindsey was name "Rookie of the Year" by the Qualitec Family of Companies, her first year in this permanent placement firm.   

Lindsey graduated from Texas State University-San Marcos in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Forensic Psychology. She was born and raised in Houston, TX. She is a member of the National Association of Personnel Services.

Out of the office Lindsey has participated in Philanthropy activities for Choose Children. She enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.

Anna Park joined Austin Group Executive Search, LP in July 2010. Prior to joining AGES, LP Anna was a Private Investigator and Criminal Background Investigator for 7 years.

Anna graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Sociology. She was born and raised in Huntsville, TX. She and her team work together to find top professionals in the refinery, chemical and petro-chemical arenas.

Out of the office Anna participates in Philanthropy activities for various blood cancer organizations, including The Bill Crews Remission Run. She enjoys spending quality time with family and friends
