Melissa joined Austin Group Executive Search, L.P. in October of 2011. She and her team work together to find the top professionals in the refinery, chemical and petro-chemical arenas. She believes in partnering with both clients and candidates to develop a deep understanding of the needs and wants of both parties.

Prior to joining AGES, L.P. she worked for the U.S Men’s Clay Court Championship at River Oaks Country Club for four years. Melissa graduated from the University of Houston Conrad School with a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Restaurant Management. She is a native Houstonian that loves to travel.

Out of the office Melissa participates in working with the Alpha Chi Omega foundation with the fight against domestic violence. She also enjoys spending time with her family.
