Dwayne, a Beaumont, TX native, joined the Austin Group in September 2014. Executive recruitment has been a career goal of his for several years. Dwayne brings a diverse professional repertoire to The Austin Group, including experience in Human Resources, Healthcare and Customer Service.

A current student at The University of Houston – Downtown, Dwayne will graduate in Spring 2015 with his Bachelors of Arts in Interpersonal Communications. He enjoys connecting with like-minded professionals and appreciates being able to learn and grow alongside his tenacious colleagues at The Austin Group. Dwayne thrives in our fast paced work environment and has discovered his passion in placing degreed Engineers in the chemical, petrochemical and refining arenas.

When Dwayne is not busy networking, away from the office he enjoys sports, fine dining and community outreach. He also devotes much of his time investing resources for his professional growth and development in an attempt to master his craft and contribute to the company and industry for years to come. Dwayne prides himself on being a “family man” and is the husband to his loving wife Genesis for the past 10 years. They share a beautiful 9 year old daughter Kyler, and many fond memories.
